Trying to be happy or cheerful in bad situations can be hard. Even when accidents occur, having a positive mindset can definitely be a challenge, some might say it's mission impossible. I'll give you a few tips that helped me have serenity in bad situations.

- Firstly, I would like to start by telling you to calm down, relax. Most of the time you probably overthink things or worry too much, take it slow and regroup. A reason why people might be distraught is because they don't take the time to process things. (Matthew 11:28)

- Secondly, you should know that God will always take care of you. He is the one who lifts all our burdens and lightens our load. The Lord will always be there lifting you up even if you are at your lowest point. (Psalm 55:22)

- Thirdly, you have to always remember that " ...weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning" (Psalm30:5). What this scripture means is although you might be going through hard times or maybe tragedy's, joy will always come. Understand that you won't be in that sorrowful state for the rest of your life, joy will permanently be with you.

Prayer of the Day.

Lord Jesus, grant me the grace to always have serenity in my daily activities, as well as in the days of calamity, help me to always trust in you and believe in your word, in Jesus name. Amen.

Joy will always come in the morning. Keep that fire of faith burning.
